The times of change are upon us. Change is inevitable for there is a building of negative energy. The opposition of Saturn and Uranus are now occurring in the sign of Virgo and Pisces, respectively. Saturn is now in Virgo, and Uranus is in Pisces. I have always thought this axis of the zodiac deals with the victim/savior analogy. There are two more oppositions occurring in Late April and late July 2010. This opposition severely affects the stock market. Watch the extremes plummet. The specific points are 4 and 6 degrees of Virgo/Pisces. Actually, this involves any planet in the mutable signs around these degrees, which is close to 4-6 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini and Sagittarius. |

With due respect and love of India and the Indian culture I have included a look at the chart for India’s Independence Day, August 15, 1947 midnight Delhi, India.
It is no wonder that Indians have such respect for family values due to all five planets in Cancer excluding outer planet Pluto. India will come under danger as Mars crosses all these Cancer planets. Ketu and Mars both in this sign in October can cause events that are dangerous this month. With Mars in Cancer I think India needs more protection through May 2010. Mars in Cancer will be aspecting Jupiter in Libra affecting almost every planet in the chart. Natal Mars in this chart is aspected by transiting Saturn as well. India must be on guard from attacks from terrorist. Mars rules the 12th house of foreigners and the 7th house of opponents. India knows who their enemies are and must be prepared. |

Mercury will be retrograde September 7th until September 29th in Sidereal Virgo and Tropical Libra. As a Vedic astrologer I use the Sidereal system for prediction. Mercury rules all forms of communications, and travel. As always, take time to back up your computer, be more patient with air travel and read the fine print when signing contracts. I believe this Mercury retrograde is going to be much more volatile and eventful. |

Although we are all on our individual journeys, ultimately, we will all end up at the same destination. This destination is the consciousness of the Divine truth. We are here to experience life. Everyone must agree this summer of eclipses has been severe. Moods are intense and the economy is about to make the worse turn but you must remember after Jupiter leaves Capricorn the economy will improve after this December. 2010 will be an improvement in the economy but of course we will have different challenges during this time. |

 I must share with everyone I have been going through a most difficult time myself astrologically. I knew it would be difficult and cannot seem to outwit the stars as Yogananda.
Since I am not a self-realized master, to surrender and to look for meaning and the blessing in disguise helps. For those who understand astrology I am in the deepest portion of sadi sati. Transiting Saturn stationed on my natal moon in Leo and at the same time aspected my Sun in Libra. So both the luminaries in my chart are aspected by Saturn. Additionally I am in the Jupiter Maha dasha and transiting Jupiter and Rahu are in my 8th house. With this little bit of information you will realize this is a most challenging time.
As a spiritual counselor and astrologer I wondered what am I to learn and how am I to grow through all this. |
