Spiritual Insights This is the beginning of a new spiritual awakening. For those who understand the laws of the Universe this can be the most exciting transformational time in history. If you can understand and apply what I am going to explain here I guarantee your life will shift to prosperity and happiness amidst all the pain and suffering of others who continue along the path of destruction. Here is the simple key: Those who are righteous in their beliefs will attract difficulty. Let me explain this better, because it is really difficult for most to see this in themselves. If your life is not what you want it to be, and you are experiencing lack and problems, then you must look deeper to understand why you have created the results you see in your life. Our outside world and the life we are experiencing is the result of our beliefs, which are reflected through our thoughts, words and actions. We have to recognize what we are saying and surrender to what I have to say here. The key word here is Righteousness. If you are not willing to release your opinions that are based on your beliefs, then you are not willing to change, and you will remain stuck in the life pattern you have created. Righteousness is rampant right now through all the political and religious opinions. The righteousness is over-welling in the United States, and also globally. Self-righteousness is actually the cause of the downfall of the economy, stock market, and political decisions. This is again based on our beliefs. Currently those whose beliefs are threatened are enraged. Political beliefs are fueled by people’s deep core beliefs and people who proclaim to be spiritual are some of the most righteous individuals I know. Don’t think I am speaking only of the dogmatic fundamental Christians; there are those of every belief who believe they have the only truth. To get caught up in the rhetoric or verbiage of anything is arrogant and self-righteous. Spirit clearly told me a very simple truth many years ago when I was struggling with the loss of my best friend Lynn from cancer, and again when I struggled with the death of both of my parents, nine months apart. I asked, “Why do we keep reincarnating here and why do we suffer so much?” And the answer was loud and clear, “It is our resentments that keep us reincarnating here”. It is our feelings of justice and retribution. It is about our angers that others must be punished or that they will get their karmic due because of the bad that they have done in this world. You see it is not our place to judge what is due to someone else. With these thoughts of judgment, heaven and hell, and karma you are part of a belief of right and wrong, good and bad, and no one can get away with evil acts so they must suffer and be punished. This is the basis of most religions and as I stated before, this is at the core of political beliefs. We all have this conditioning and the culmination of this conditioning has reached a catastrophic level right now. It is everywhere, on the TV, the Internet, in churches, in movies, and in the comments on my blog! (I must admit I find this ironic!) This unbending fixation is what keeps us stuck in a life that is not what we want and we blame others for the conditions in our life. We keep creating these situations and keep blaming others. We can’t understand why life is so unfair when we cannot see we are the creators of our own experience. As I sat down to write these Spiritual Insights I couldn’t seem to come up with what I was going to write about. I asked in meditation and through my dreams to give me some insights. It seemed nothing was coming through. But today as I sat down to write, with nothing to write about, I had the TV on, and all along the message was coming through to me but it took me a long time to see it. It was so obvious! Remember if you ask for answers they are always given, so be aware they come through omens being presented all around us. I was watching ‘Airline” a reality show on the Biography Channel. Remember, I have been a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines so of course I find it really entertaining to watch people as they travel and how angry they get, blaming the airline for all their own mistakes. They are so very righteous! They miss their flights and claim Southwest Airlines is the cause for this, and that Southwest does this to them every time. And exclaim they will never fly Southwest Airlines again because they caused them to miss their flight and ruin their plans. They never consider the facts that they showed up late and they didn’t plan their time well for arriving at the airport on time, nor do they pay attention to the announcements made in the airport. They see themselves as the victims of this horrible company that intentionally tries to ruin their plans. Consequently, because they somehow convince themselves of this belief, then every time they travel, this airline does this again to them. Then they are going to punish this airline by never flying them again. Are they really hurting this airline or are they really hurting themselves? These attitudes are projected in all areas of their lives for they are right and others are picking on them. We may not do these obvious acts of selfrighteousness portrayed on this TV show, but I guarantee if you are not living a life of total happiness and abundance then at a certain level you are projecting some self-righteousness in your life. We all feel justified when we feel we have been wronged. But there is always a reason why we have attracted the experience. And we can learn a great deal about ourselves if we are willing to understand the message. It is really important to hear yourself speak. We must be aware that our speech will reflect our level of righteousness. I know we feel defensive when others point out when we are acting this way, and it does feel bad when we recognize this is a part of us (actually embarrassing), but we have to be willing to recognize this in ourselves if we want to change and begin living the life we want. We actually all behave this way at some times in our lives. This is what we must awaken to! The universe was blatantly giving me a message through this show, and I finally realized that this is the message spirit wanted me to learn and give. I know we all have degrees of this behavior going on in our lives because it is at the core of our conditioned beliefs. I am to reveal this simple truth to you. If you sincerely want to create the life you want, open to this information and you cannot fail. But, you have to be honest and willing to surrender your beliefs that have created your life. Remember this is not a judgment, but rather a nonjudgmental look at the facts. Ask yourself this question without judgment, pure and simple. Is my life what I want? Realize your life is a reflection of your beliefs; therefore what you believe is what you get! The results speak for themselves; there is no exception to this rule. You can still keep living the way you have been and you should expect the same results, or you can take an objective view of yourself analyzing how you have created the results you are experiencing now in your life. It is really quite easy. If you cannot pay your bills you have created this situation through your righteous beliefs on money. If you have trouble with partnerships then you have created this through some righteous beliefs about partners. You see, we decide unconsciously we will punish the outside world by blaming them and deciding we will never have anything to do with that thing (money or relationships). That is our way to show them we are justified and right. Remember the passenger who thinks he is punishing Southwest Airlines by never flying them again? Who is he really punishing? You see, there is resentment, anger and self-righteousness at the core of these beliefs and we block ourselves from having the things we really want, for we would rather be right. Heaven forbid that we may be wrong in our righteousness. As the saying goes, “You would rather cut of your nose to spite your face.” What is wrong with us? We are creating our own lack, for to receive the things we want would be an act of admitting we are wrong; admitting “they” won over us. But this is not at all what life should be about. We have to understand that it is not about admitting we are wrong or even being wrong. No one likes to be wrong, for that means we must admit is time to surrender and release these old belief patterns that have been instilled in us since we have been incarnating here. There is nothing outside of ourselves that is causing unfairness or judging us. Our beliefs in judgment, punishment and self-righteousness keep us stuck. Remember it is our resentments that keep us reincarnating here because our resentments have the deepest emotional pull. Therefore we must reincarnate here to fulfill our deepest desire. Our deepest desire is that justice be fulfilled, but it just keeps us locked into judgments and resentments. Release this and you are free of the chains you are inflicting upon yourself, you can call it karma. But remember it is our own self-doing. I was recently guided to reread a book I haven’t read since the 1970’s. It confirmed everything I am speaking about here, for these are not opinions but Universal Laws. And when practiced and understood the Universal Laws create life changes that most would call miracles. The book I reread from the 70’s is, “Three Magic Words” by U.S. Andersen. It was written in the 1950’s. Wow, it seems he was so ahead of his time, but “truth” is timeless. It always was and it always will be. The three magic words are not revealed until the end of the book, so I won’t spoil it for you now. But included here are some of the profound quotes from this amazing book. “The very guilts and limitations which Jesus besought us to become free of have been adopted as dogma by many facets of society, and they have thrown mankind into deeper bondage than ever. We must come to realize that God is kind and just and loving and is in us, and there is no punishment in the hereafter, and every soul is saved. We need not fear God, we need only love him. We need not supplicate for forgiveness before an alter, for God’s alter is our very selves; we are with him night and day. Religions and temples are built by man, but God’s temple is man, and wherever we are, we are always in a place of worship. We need only turn to the Self that dwells within.” And more... "A man adds all things unto himself by taking a position of impregnable faith. Faith moves Universal Subconscious Mind to creation, but it is only the ego that must use faith. When ego goes and God consciousness comes, thought is immediately followed by the thing, for there remains nothing to overcome. All conceptions of limitation and lack and guilt and pain and shame and remorse are cast out with the ego. Nothing but God remains, and whatever God knows is created." "We attract into our lives the physical manifestations of the thoughts we think, and in order to attract good instead of evil we must learn to control our thinking, to think positively instead of negatively. We must be able to choose good thoughts. If man thinks only in response to the stimuli of the outer world, he remains ego only, an automation; but when he originates thoughts at the center of consciousness, he creates his own life in the image of his desires and dons the mantle of Immortal Self.” Planetary PredictionsThere is a building of expectations with fears of when will we bottom out. For everyone knows emotions are high and expectations are extreme. The financial markets are on an emotional ride. The exact opposition of Uranus and Saturn is exact again on February 5th. Remember this opposition is what dominates the extreme events of the world’s economy throughout this year. The banks are in trouble. The debts cannot be overcome. The repercussions are about to awaken the world to this devastating truth.There are so many events happening for the eclipse season is still in effect. The world is being shaken up.  Click to enlarge. Throughout the spring Venus will be retrograde and stay in the sign of Pisces. This will activate new creative developments in all areas of the arts. Look for a revival in art, music, theater, films and dance. Particularly there is an onslaught of meaningful and thought provoking films coming out. This is due to the deep feeling and passion brewing in each and every person alive on the planet today. We are all seeking something meaningful and purposeful in our lives now. One of my recent favorites is “Grand Torino” with Clint Eastwood. It makes you THINK! February 1st Mercury will turn direct indicating forward movement in global affairs. After Mercury retrograde there is still a shadow period that follows. This period lasts for about a few weeks, but once Mercury transits through the shadow degrees it picks up speed and affairs associated with Mercury become powerful. This concerns beginning new projects, signing contracts and travel. Since it will be in Capricorn this will concern progress and new action taken by the new government. February 9th is the Lunar Eclipse. Those who have birthdays on the days of the solar eclipses or lunar eclipses must take extreme caution for the year to follow.  Click to enlarge. February 13th Neptune will enter into Aquarius promoting a new world order but the unsuspecting masses will be swayed. This is a new movement toward spiritual truths and spiritual delusions. There is a fine line between the spiritual and delusional. Neptune rules both, delusion and spirituality. There will be a rise in spiritual groups now. With spiritual and religious philosophies, there is the problem of people taking advantage of those who are easily swayed. When people hear what they want to hear and are given magic formulas to get what they want, they will follow hook, line and sinker. Do not be swayed by leaders who promise you everything without you doing the work. But be aware that you have the power within yourself, and practice changing your thoughts as I have outlined in the “Spiritual Insights.” Align yourself with those who motivate and help you attain your own goals, not those who give empty promises for their own gain and egos. This can be hard to recognize at times, so rely on your intuition. If it feels wrong, pay attention. There will be a massive increase in cults and religious fanaticism in the world now. February 13th Mars will cross over the eclipse degree of the last January Solar eclipse of 12 degrees of Capricorn. This is a very sensitive point and it has severe repercussions. Mars crossed over an eclipse degree on September 11, 2001. Expect the unexpected! This is a dangerous time. This truly is a pivotal month of major events that will change the world forever. February 14th Jupiter and Rahu will conjoin. Expansion in government affairs! There will be mixed feelings within the political circles, for there is no room for opposition. It almost feels like a dictatorship. Things are beginning to get hostile. There is a split in Washington and some are becoming very offended. Internal corruption will surface. Jupiter is truth and when Rahu aspects Jupiter it corrupts the truth. In the sign of Capricorn this indicates the corruption of the truth is within the government. The truth must come out. This of course, will be rampant globally. This affects the banks, financial markets, housing markets and loans, and all major corporations. February 17th Mars will conjunct Jupiter and Rahu in Capricorn where Mars is exalted. This can be used for great power or great devastation. Awaken to your spiritual essence and you will find spiritual liberation in a time of chaotic world events. February 22nd and 23rd the Moon will conjunct these powerful planets: Mars, Jupiter and Rahu in Capricorn, indicating some powerful changes within the government. Many new policies will begin to be put into action. This will create a big stir from many who are opposed to the radical changes. There is much confusion and fear. The transiting Moon is known to set off events when activating powerful configurations. Mars is volatile and strong in Capricorn this month and since it rules real estate this will indicate big shifts in the housing markets and volatile conditions that affect the banks and loans. This is a month of HUGE shifts and awakenings, and as I said before, this powerful time can be used for a spiritual awakening, a change in conscious awareness. If you awaken to your power and shift your beliefs, you will have a transformational time amidst the world crises. Knowing you have control over your own actions and beliefs, and taking responsibility will give you back your sense of control. Only then can you change your life. Do you want to be right or do you want to be happy? Let go of the need to be right and you will be happy. It is our own self-righteous indignation that keeps us from our own happiness. Look at small children and take a lesson from them. They are open and believing. There is no righteousness. Righteousness is developed through our belief that things aren’t fair. Believe in the fact that everything happens for a reason, and for the highest good of all concerned. We may not see it initially, but everything is fair in terms of cause and effect. Everything is leading us to the truth. We are finding our way home again.
