This will be an extraordinarily intense month. Confusion, anger and deception fill the air as emotions mount. As an astrologer it seems insane that the decision for the debt crisis for the USA is due on the day Mercury goes retrograde (August 2nd) and is opposed Neptune. This is the worst day for such an important decision. When Mercury turns retrograde minds fluctuate and decisions will change. Neptune clouds clarity and is usually involved in schemes of trickery and deceit. Politicians cannot make a clear minded decision right now and it is best to post pone the final decision. If a decision is made on this day it will ultimately be changed later. The planetary picture of Mercury opposed Neptune means the truth is covered up.

The reality of the dire state of the economy is hidden and will not be revealed till after the next election, which will be December 2012. Does this month and day ring a bell? Yes it is the time frame of the end of the Mayan calendar, December 21, 2012. Politicians cannot reveal the truth concerning the economy, for the political elections would be ruined for both parties. Knowing this, the casting of blame during the next elections will be ferocious.

There are many cover-ups currently. Mercury retrograde occurring in opposition to Neptune indicates this story of deception. The most significant catastrophe will be the economy. The October 2008 crash in the stock market will occur again but with much more severity. This financial fall will change the world as we know it.

Many are concerned over the end of the world as in a big earthquake or explosion that destroys our civilization, but nothing this sudden and unexpected will occur for the mass destruction has already been occurring. The truth is apparent now but the government and media obscure this from our reality.

This month Uranus and Pluto will come within one degree of the square for the first time. They will continue to form an exact square seven times from 2011-2016. To give you an idea of what this energy will bring, consider Uranus as the planet of change, freedom, rebelliousness, and revolution. Pluto rules big government money, control, manipulation, bureaucracies that control everything, tyrants and dictators. The square aspect is the most challenging, meaning there are going to be upheavals, upsets and revolutions that will precipitate the collapse of the powers that control and rule the world. This is exactly what we need right now for this external change globally reflects our own internal surrender that promotes our own spiritual growth. This revolutionary change will bring the spiritual awakening needed on a mass and individual level.

The last time Uranus was in square to Pluto was 1932-1934. The early 1930s was the worst time economically, for this was the “Great Depression”.1933 was the peak of unemployment, the stock markets crashed, and there was the rise of dictators. Out of this hopelessness dictators ascend to the opportunity to give false hope to the masses. This was rise of Hitler. I don’t think there will be any individual leader who rises to give false hope during this current time, instead false hope will come in the form of mass movements that deceive such as what is taking place now with our government’s cover-ups, for they are giving false hope and creating an illusion which is deceiving the public. This manipulation comes through the media concealing the truth of the actual state of the world economy, and now it may be too late for some to recoup their losses.

What are some of the cover-ups and problems indicated? The dire economic state, unemployment, collapse of the banks, stock market crash, infiltration of poisons and radiation in our food and water creating massive health problems and cancers, earth changes and the truth to extraterrestrials. And if you think this is something that suddenly happens to us, think again because it is already happening we just have not recognized what is already here. Ultimately, Uranus is the planet of an awakening and this is where we are headed globally and individually. Meanwhile, radical religious fundamentalist are grasping onto outgrown beliefs to hide from the terrifying truth that contradicts and invalidates their beliefs.

Mars transits into the most contentious place in the zodiac where it will square Uranus, Saturn and oppose Pluto exploding into an extremely stressful and violent time. The entire month will have a rash of terrorist activity, earth quakes, political downfalls, confusion, deception and airline and mechanical problems. Mars will surface the manipulation of the global economy. August 8-11 expect explosive events of a very destructive nature and August16-18 terrorism is rampant. The last week of August there will be an awakening to the reality of the world. There are possible assassinations or political falls of world leaders within this month. But the month will end on a good note for the difficulties lead us to a place of unity and cooperation. This promotes a mass healing and awakening which is necessary for the purpose and growth of humanity.

This obviously is not a pleasant month for the forces of change are slamming us up against a wall. The cover-ups that delude our minds with unreality will become crystal clear. This awakening to reality will help us understand the deeper meaning of taking responsibility for ourselves. Instead of being angry and enraged by all the political turmoil, realize with the fires of rage you are fueling the fires of destruction in the world. The key to extinguish the fire of anger and hostility is to surrender our anger by finding compassion. Is there a miracle to shift the mass trends of dysfunction growing in the world, and is there a safe place from all the perils happening currently? The perils and dysfunction are everywhere, there is nowhere to run or hide. But the real miracle that can take place within your life right now is the understanding and reality of kindness. This will heal the world and your own life. In a search for miracles we can be there instantly with expressions of kindness to others. This is the saving grace of the world right now! The great yogis say learn compassion. But kindness is simply compassion expressed individually daily. Thank you for this insight Laura!

It is the oldest stone temple still standing in all of India. It is built right on the ocean, so close that at high tides, waves sometimes wash into the temple. I was there for the Tsunami on the December Full Moon of 2004. When the ocean went out for nearly 1/4 mile between the three tsunamis that washed ashore that day, a huge temple complex was revealed that was and now is hidden underneath the ocean. They did not build the Shore temple on the ocean. It was built on a hill and it is all that is left after the ocean rose a great long time ago. Sometimes, things that are 'hidden' are hidden in many different kinds of ways and until we ask the right questions or live through the 'revealing' moments, we do not know what or why it was hidden, much less what it is. I just wanted to share this with you.
