The year of 2012 will awaken the world to a new consciousness. Many events will force people to change. Enjoy this last month of peace and calm for it is the calm before the storm. November will activate drama and events that lead to a breakdown of world affairs. The astrological implications of 2012 activate a new world awareness. My new books will be out soon which will inspire the message of the coming new age.

Roger Daltrey of the “Who” rock band is currently on tour in the US performing Tommy. He will be in Dallas, TX Wednesday October 12th. The album they created in the late 1960’s became a Rock Opera movie in the 1970’s. I was amazed with the deep perception and symbolism of the meaning of life from this movie. Last spring I was compelled to write an in-depth interpretation of the symbology of the profound message. Consciously I thought it was a crazy idea but could not stop the compelling force that drove me to write this interpretation. I had no idea that Roger Daltrey was planning a tour to deliver the spiritual message from the music. The synchronicity of this seems uncanny. Simultaneously, I was writing my new 2012 book and realized the messages ran parallel in Tommy and my 2012 book. This powerful message of awakening is brought forth now to shift awareness. My intention for my Tommy interpretation is to create a revival and reactivate interest in this powerful message, and for the younger generations to discover this hidden treasure. Below I have excerpts from each book that later I realized carried the same message.

Tommy — a Modern Interpretation of Enlightenment

“The story of Tommy is a powerful message of self-realization and enlightenment through symbols of our time. This story is our myth to explain our physical, emotional and spiritual experiences here at this time and age in society. All aspects of this world are put into perspective and the lessons of this story give us the truth of our spiritual realization and transformation. This is an interpretation of the powerful message that gives us our ultimate liberation from this world of illusion”.

Summary of the Life of Tommy and how it relates to all of us

“Tommy’s life is a symbol of the experience of life we all have in common. He began with innocence and took on the issues his parents projected onto him as a child while, withdrawn from the world, his past controls him. Without the distractions of the senses, the truth of our inner spirit is seen by Tommy in the mirror. The game of life is symbolized as the game of pinball and Tommy masters the truth of the silver ball. After his awakening to truth, he wanted to teach the world how to find their inner spirit to direct their lives. The people can’t understand Tommy’s message, for they are consumed with the illusions of glamour and deception of this world. They turn and blame Tommy for their inability to see the truth. In anger they try to kill and destroy the messenger of the truth. The focus became the greed of the parents who were the reason for his withdrawal from life in the beginning and, again, in the end they appeared to be the reason for the downfall of Tommy’s ministry. But if the trauma had not occurred Tommy would not have experienced the healing which brought his enlightenment. Illness and hardship motivate us to search for a cure. The search for healing brings us to truth and enlightenment”.

“It is through emotional traumas experienced in this world that causes our withdrawal from our spiritual truth and we in a way check out of our consciousness becoming more involved with the illusionary aspects of this world. We believe the world and its vivid emotional experiences are real and that this is our consciousness (the physical world), but it is really unconsciousness (a dream) for we are in the dark unconsciousness of the world of ignorance”.

Messengers of the Truth

“But once we awaken from the dark world of illusion we feel the need to teach others of the beautiful freedom from the world of illusion, but unless there is an experience of tragedy most are not awakened. And for those that have not been transformed through a jolt of tragic awakening they remain in their world of illusion. People do not change unless they are forced to, and tragic events jolt our awareness to a conscious awakening. Most deny this truth because it means we must change which is uncomfortable. So they deny the messengers of the truth and in their ignorance destroy those who speak the truth about the illusion of this world. Of course the story of Christ is the most vivid example of the people destroying the bearer of the truth but there were many more common people who speak the truth and the ignorant try to destroy them. They were portrayed as radicals but were actually ahead of their time. Galileo was condemned for his belief that the earth was round.

Two very controversial messengers of our time John Lennon spoke of a world of non attachment, unity and love, and Bill Hicks a comedian of the 1980s radically contested the ignorance in religion and politics with a vengeance. Both Lennon and Hicks died young trying to speak their truth. Both went through controversial times with great rebelliousness and anger but softened with surrender and awareness towards the end of life. Be aware of the many messengers of our time and even in our own lives and families”.
