How do I purchase the online Vedic astrology lessons?

FIRST - Register as a user and login to the GalacticCenter.org website.

1. Go to the home page www.GalacticCenter.org.
2. Select the Login/Logout button on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the word "Register" near the middle of the screen.
4. Enter your information into each of the fields, then click the "Send Registration" button.
   
   When you register as a user on the site, an account is created and an activation link is sent to the e-mail address you entered.

PLEASE NOTE: You must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail, before you can login to the website.
After you complete the registration process, login to GalacticCenter.org will be possible, and so will access to the online subscriptions.

1. Login to www.GalacticCenter.org, by clicking the Login/Logout button on the left side of the home page.
2. Select the Online Lessons button on the left side of the screen.
3. Click to select the lesson you wish to purchase.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the "Subscribe" button.

• Only one subscription purchase may be processed at a time. However, a registered user may have multiple subscriptions that are active at any given time.
  
  For example: You may select the dark dot beside the Intermediate Lessons, on the subscription purchase page of the website - and purchase access to the Intermediate Lessons. On the purchase page, only one lesson may be selected (have a dark dot beside it) at one time.
  
  Here's how multiple lessons may be purchased (an example)... The Intermediate Lessons may be purchased all in one step. After that you may immediately access the lesson subscription page again and purchase the Advanced Lessons.

• When there are 5 days left in your subscription, you will receive an e-mail letting you know, along with a link to use to renew the lesson subscription.

1. Login to GalacticCenter.org on the home page.
2. On the left sidebar, select "Online Lessons."
3. From the left sidebar, select the lesson you wish to view (i.e. Beginning Lessons or Intermediate Lessons, etc.)
4. In the main page, click on the topic title that you wish to view.
If your subscription has not expired you will be able to view all the topics for that lesson.
If your subscription to a lesson has expired, then the subscription purchase page will display.

1. Go to the home page www.GalacticCenter.org.
2. Select the Login/Logout button on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the words "Lost Password?" near the middle of the screen.
4. Enter the Username and E-mail Address you used when you registered on the website in their respective fields.
5. Click the Send Password button.
6. An e-mail that contains your new password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

Making an Appointment for an Astrology Reading

How do I make an appointment for a Vedic astrology reading with Joni?

There are 3 different ways you may to schedule an appointment with Joni:

3. Complete the online Consultation Request Form.

Using the Online Consultations Appointment Calendar

1. Access the online Consultations Appointment Calendar.
2. In the calendar, click on the word "Consultations" for the day you wish to schedule the reading. A list of the readings Joni provides will appear on the left. The times she has available for that day will appear on the right.
3. On the left, click to put a checkmark beside the reading you would like.
4. On the right, click the AVAILABLE button to select the time you would like to schedule the appointment.
5. Fill in your information, then select the BOOK button.
6. Click the PAY HERE button. In a few moments, the PayPal window will appear. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment process. Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted, as well as PayPal payments.
7. Complete the payment information.
8. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment and payment.

2. In the Galactic Center Consultations portion of the screen, select the [Sign Up] link.
3. Enter your information into all of the fields, then select the Sign Up button.
4. A login screen will display along with a message noting that your username and password have been e-mailed to you. Check your e-mail for that information and enter it into the login screen and select the Log In button. (You may change your username and password after logging in, through the My Account -- Profile menu.)

3. Enter your username and password, then select the Log In button.
   (If you do not know your username and password, click the [Forgot password] link near the top right of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address - the same e-mail address you entered when creating your Galactic Center Consultations profile. The system will then send your username and password to you in an e-mail.)
   When you login, the month view of the appointment calendar should display. If it does not, click on the word "Appointments."
4. In the calendar, click on the word "Consultations" for the day you wish to schedule the reading. A list of the readings Joni provides will appear on the left. The times she has available for that day will appear on the right.
5. On the left, click to put a checkmark beside the reading you would like.
6. On the right, click the AVAILABLE button to select the time you would like to schedule the appointment. Because you have already created a profile for Galactic Center Consultations, your information will populate the fields automatically.
7. Verify the information is correct. In the appropriate field, type in your choice of where the reading will take place: by telephone, or at the Galactic Center. Then select the BOOK button at the bottom of the screen.
8. Click the PAY HERE button. In a few moments, the PayPal window will appear. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment process. Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted, as well as PayPal payments.
9. Complete the payment information.
10. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your appointment and payment.

4. From the menu directly under "Galactic Center Consultations," select My Account -- My Bookings -- Bookings.
5. Your booking should display in the long slender white box. (If your booking isn't visible, you may select it using the drop down arrow.)
6. Select the Show Bookings button.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the PAY HERE button.
8. You will be taken to the PayPal screens to complete the payment process.

5. Change your address, contact and birth information as desired, then select the Update Information button.
6. If you change your username or password, select the Change Username and Password button to save the changes.

3. Above the available times is the time zone drop-down menu. Click the down-arrow to display the time zones list, then click to select your time zone. When a a new time zone is selected, the available appointment times will change to be representative of the selected time zone.

Gift Certificates

1. Access the appointment calendar: https://mybookingcalendar.com/galacticcenter.
2. Click the "Buy Gift Certificate" link at the top of the screen.
3. Click the down-arrow beside "Select Gift Certificate" and click on the dollar value of the gift certificate you wish to purchase.
4. Complete the form with your information as the sender, and also the recipient's information. The part of the form that asks for your birth information is required, but it will not be used. (This is the same form used to schedule readings.)
   You may wish to include a personal note to the recipient. If so, enter the message into the "Receiver Note" box. The message you enter will be included in the e-mail they receive that delivers their electronic gift certificate to them.
5. Select the "Buy" button at the bottom of the screen. A new screen will appear with the information about the gift certificate.
6. To complete the gift certificate purchase process, you must click the "PAY WITH PAYPAL button at the bottom of the screen. Complete the payment process and the gift certificate will be e-mailed to the recipient.
