Jesus stated, “The kingdom of God in within you.” Have faith that the truth will be revealed to you, giving your life meaning and purpose. All religions state this simple truth. No matter what symbol you pray to, or meditate on to get there, whether it is the saints of Catholicism or the deities of Hinduism, they are symbols that represent an energy we need to give us meaning, focus and direction.

Is religious righteousness the culprit for all fighting and war? Most religions believe their God and beliefs are the only way to eternal salvation. To be in their special chosen group means they are the only ones to be saved and go to Heaven. They control their groups through fear, and now fear is the controlling force of our world.

Visualization for Peace and Unconditional Love
The power lies within us; we must draw the energy within and meditate on the heart energy (Chakra) opening. We have been taught that God or the Divine Spirit is outside of ourselves, when, in fact, that essence is within ourselves. We will never find any answers without, only within. When you meditate, bring your focus to your heart center and be one with it. Resist the tendency to bring your attention outside. Breathe into this center and imagine it opening like a beautiful flower.

If you are coming from a place of a compassionate heart then you will have a feeling of peace, love and contentment. You will attract others with the same sense of happiness in their life. The compassionate heart does not have expectations for others. To expect others to comply with your desires always causes indifference in any relationships.
