After the disturbances last month this is a time to pull back and be at peace. Spend more time alone to regain your strength. You may feel a sense of loss and the need for contemplation at this time.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep for this is the best way to rebuild your soul and body. Take note of your dreams by journaling them each day. Your subconscious is trying to reveal some very important information to you. Your dreams may not make sense at first but later they will give you many realizations.
