Human beings as a general rule like drama. All one has to do is pay attention to the movies and shows on TV to get an idea of just how much we like drama and excitement. Would the movie theaters make money on a movie of a peaceful, calm and happy life? I believe this is part of the reason we have created a world of high emotion and drama. Just look at how mesmerized everyone is with the life of Michael Jackson. And of course when people die they make big news not when they are living peacefully. I can remember watching on the news hurricane Katrina right before it hit New Orleans. We all sat on the edge of our seat waiting to see what would happen.  The Prophet History of the Maya: World Beyond 2012
With all the drastic changes occurring globally, and so much talk about the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012, we have invited an authority on the Mayan culture and predictions to join us at the Galactic Center to reveal his discoveries.
Kenneth Johnson has studied with the day keepers of the Maya in Guatamala, and has come across some new discoveries not previously revealed. He has written two new books that he will be speaking about in his two lecture series, presented for the very first time, at The Galactic Center and Patry's Restaurant.
Kenneth will be leading a Mayan Day Keepers Workshop on Sunday, July 12th.  We are all about to see things never before imagined in the history of our planet. So be prepared, for the next few years will take us on a tailspin of speed and an opening of consciousness never believed possible. The onset of the shift began last fall with this extreme transformation. I am referring to the first Uranus and Saturn opposition which was exact on election day. This is monumental in the extreme changes this cycle is about to deliver. This opposition is about change from the old to the new and I think all agree this election is all about change. Last February was the second opposition and we have 3 more to go. So there are a total of five Uranus and Saturn oppositions and each one will promote another level of change through 2010. |

 Everyone is searching frantically for the secret to put an end to all the devastation and calamity currently happening globally. It seems like the world is about to cave in with all the talk of the economy and who’s to blame for what. The planetary energies are becoming very intense this month. Conflict and anger top the news on all fronts, in every area, the economy, health care, threats of terrorism, stock market down, and the banks collapsing. I began to deeply search for the answers to unravel the mystery of what is truly happening. It seems so hard to stay centered in this unbalanced world. When the astrological aspects are really difficult, as they certainly are right now, it is hard for all of us to stay on track.
What I believe the entire chaos is all about is to get us to begin our searching for answers, but the more we keep searching for our answers in the external world the more and more frustrated we will become. This year of radical change is actually the year of spiritual transformation. |
